These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TrustByte's website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
Services Description
TrustByte provides custom software development services including but not limited to web application development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, AI integration, cybersecurity consulting, and ongoing maintenance and support. The specific scope and deliverables for each project are defined in individual service agreements.
User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information as required
- Cooperate with our team and provide timely feedback during the project
- Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for their project. TrustByte retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in the development process. The TrustByte name, logo, and branding remain the exclusive property of TrustByte.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals and service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustByte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement as specified in the individual project contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. TrustByte will provide all completed deliverables upon receipt of outstanding payments.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
